Warranty Coverage

🛠 First 30 Days: Comprehensive Coverage

• During the first 30 days from the date of delivery or collection, our warranty covers all aspects of your bicycle to ensure it rides perfectly.

• Includes adjustments, repairs, or replacements needed for optimal performance.

🛠 Up to 12 Months: Limited Coverage

• After the initial 30 days and up to 12 months, our warranty covers production or mechanical faults unrelated to normal wear and tear.

• Covers frame, components, and mechanical defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship.

🔹 Parts, Accessories & Wheels – Covered under a 3-month warranty.

🔹 Manufacturer’s Warranty – If applicable, manufacturer warranties take precedence over ours.

Exclusions from Coverage

Our warranty does not cover the following:

❌ Normal Wear and Tear – Includes regular use issues like tire wear, brake pad deterioration, chain wear, and minor surface scratches. ❌ Damage from Impact – Any damage resulting from accidents, crashes, or improper handling. ❌ Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs – Any faults due to non-MOL Cycles approved modifications or repairs. ❌ Neglect & Improper Use – Faults caused by improper storage, excessive loading, or improper cleaning.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1️⃣ Contact Us – Reach out to our customer support team with details of the issue, proof of purchase, and photos.
2️⃣ Assessment – Our team will assess the problem and determine if it qualifies under the warranty.
3️⃣ Resolution – If covered, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no cost. If shipping is required, we will provide instructions.
